But due to  privacy laws, some things we will not be able to obtain.  We are trusting on the parents integrity to inform us truthfully on their child's illness.   If you wish you may send more than just a card. Perhaps a stuffed toy or little book. We do not encourage any money being sent by mail. If you do so you do so at your own risk.

Parents: How to have your child featured  here:

Children that have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness  may be shown on this web page.  Parents will have to submit a letter from the child's doctor verifying their illness.  Children up to the age of 18 will be on these pages.

  We will need a small bio on your child and a picture is optional. The child’s date of birth and the names of  their siblings.  If you wish a picture to be shown please send in JPG format. The biography on your child can be written by  the parent or in some cases we will assist in writing the childs biography. The biography should outline the child’s illness to inform the public what your child goes through on a daily basis.  All biographies may  have to be shortened if they are too extensive, space permitting. Please try to  include as much pertinent  information as  possible.
